Introducing Assassins Only a mastermind for growth-focused agency owners
If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.
After growing my own agency (From The Future) to 8 figures, buying 3 other agencies (Webris, True Voice Media, and Plush Digital), and ultimately selling to Private Equity, I started working directly with other agency owners looking to do the same.
Over the past 5 years I’ve worked with over 100 different agencies to dramatically increase their revenues, build better teams, and make owning an agency more fun. I have experience growing agencies across a wide range of verticals; SEO, PPC, web and app development, analytics, automation, content development and more. All of this is to say, this isn’t my first rodeo.
I understand all the common pitfalls that agencies run into;
- No predictable system for generating new clients.
- A lack of SOPs or process standardization causing inconsistent results for clients.
- No clear path for team growth or delegation
- No profit to invest in growth
I’ve faced these hurdles myself and with my clients, and I understand how to overcome each and every one of them.
Your agency is in good company
Assassins Only provides you with 3 core benefits
Access
I will be checking in with the group every day. You will have direct access to me in both public and private, and can drop me a DM whenever you like. Think of me as a strategic partner (or even a business advisor), I’m here to help drive significant impact in your business and career.
step 01
Support
While I’m here to support you and your business, I must point out I’m not a lawyer nor a financial advisor. I can guide, suggest, and recommend, but ultimately you need to make the decisions that are best for you and your individual situation.
step 02
Accountability
This is the big one. We’re here to drive meaningful impact (and improvement) together. You hold me accountable and I will do the same. This is only effective if it’s embraced as a mechanism for change.
step 03
Professional accountability, personally and professionally.
This will be for only 100 members for the first 12 months. At that time we will hold a vote and decide if members want to open it up further or cap the group for another 12 months.
The group is hosted on Circle.so, but we will also support WhatsApp, and have built a custom integration to syndicate content from Circle through WA. Circle is easily accessible through any browser but does have both iOS and Android apps to make it easier to stay up to date on everything as discussions and new content are created.
There is a live group coaching call every month. Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend. We’re in lots of different time zones so this will change month to month, but it will always be recorded and available in the group.
Watch your agency grow month after month, like clockwork.
As your coach and advisor, I support you like your agency was my agency. As my business partner I take a personal interest in making sure you’re seeing measurable, sustained growth each month as we work together to solve your challenges, pushing your company through new revenue thresholds.
The name may seem strange
until you understand where it came from.
The concept of an “assassin,” professionally speaking, was introduced to me a few years ago from one of the Founders of RVshare.com.
We were driving from the Akron, OH airport to his family’s home on Turkeyfoot Island, and having a conversation on building a world-class team. I was there to discuss partnering on his next venture in the education space (a directory / marketplace model, similar to RVshare), and the caliber of talent was the number one topic of discussion.
If you’re unfamiliar with RVshare.com, they raised over $100 Million in the fall of 2020, and my friend Joel had a very nice exit.
On the ride, we were discussing recruiting key players for the team that would be in the day-to-day grind. Joel was planning to be the CEO, at least at first, but we needed a CMO, COO, etc. When I asked about the ideal profile for candidates, Joel simply replied “I only want to work with Assassins.”
To which I replied, “what?”
I had the gist of what he meant, but I hadn’t heard the term used in this context before. Joel continued to explain “you know, the most dangerous people in the room, professionally.”
I immediately understood what he meant.
I had met a few people like this in my career. Folks who moved in silence and let their work speak for itself. People who had a ruthless commitment to their personal development, which drove them to incredible heights of success.
This analogy has stuck with me ever since that conversation.
I want to surround myself with people who are “dangerous” on every level; physically, mentally, financially.
I want to be part of a movement that embraces success in every aspect of life, and holds one another to the highest standards of performance.
